Bodybuilding News: Hall of Fame Bodybuilder Shawn Ray joins forces with Oxygen4Energy.com

Oxygen4Energy.com has joined forces with Bodybuilding's Hall of Fame Superstar, Shawn Ray to represent the company as their Official Spokesman for the multipurpose oxygen booster that has taken the industry by storm! Oxygen4Energy.com distributes a compact, portable spray inhaler that delivers concentrated oxygen enriched air similar to what pro football players use on the sidelines between tough plays.

This innovative product is for recreational, non-medical use only and many elite athletes from varying sports have sworn by its effectiveness to help them train harder, train longer, recover faster and always perform to the best of their physical ability. It accomplishes this by allowing an athlete to flood their body with oxygen before, during or after intense exertion. The product also provides benefits for hangovers, mental acuity, seniors, stress, and altitude acclimation.

Shawn Ray is an accomplished bodybuilder who competed against the best in the world at the highest level of competition with two 1st Runner up finishes in the Mr. Olympia Contest to his credit. According to Shawn, "As soon as I heard about the product, I was really excited to try it out. The science made complete sense to me, and the results I got totally blew me away. I have been in this industry for a long time and have tried more products than you can possibly imagine. I have never experienced a product like the 95% oxygen from Oxygen4Energy. From the very first time I used it, I was able to significantly increase my training volume and intensity because my energy and endurance was through the roof and my recovery times between sets were cut in half. The great thing about oxygen is that it allows you to train like an animal, but doesn't make you feel like an animal. Since there are no stimulants or sugars, there are no jitters, amped up feelings, or crashing. Plus you can use it at night and not worry about it affecting your sleep, which is a HUGE plus for people who train at night. Mark my words, this product will be an integral part of every bodybuilders training regimen over the next couple of years. One thing is for sure, you will never forget the first time you train with 95% oxygen!"

Craig Inaba, founder of Oxygen4Energy.com, stated "Shawn is an incredible asset to Oxygen4Energy. He is well known and well respected by anyone that has been involved with or followed bodybuilding for the past 20 years. His endorsement of the product and his willingness to help us educate consumers on the benefits of effective oxygen supplementation will create much greater credibility for our product. We are EXTREMELY excited to have him join our team!"

Important Note: Supplemental oxygen vwas approved for use in all sports by the World Anti-Doping Agency as of January 1, 2010.

Lillis using oxygen chamber

Keeper hopes treatment will help knee injury

Sky Bet

Scunthorpe goalkeeper Josh Lillis has revealed he has been using an oxygen chamber in a bid to speed up his recovery from injury.
Lillis has been out of action since the start of September after damaging knee ligaments in the 1-1 draw with Colchester.
The injury is expected to sideline Lillis for up to three months, but the 24-year-old is itching to return and is using the oxygen treatment to try and aid his recovery.

Fitness

"I am getting there with my fitness, but it has been frustrating being injured," Lillis told skysports.com.
"I have been using an oxygen chamber to try and speed up my recovery and I have been three times to Sheffield to try it.
"I had heard about the oxygen chamber before and the physio told me to try it.
"It does feel better every day so it is not doing me any harm.
"If it benefits me in the long run and helps me get back as quick as possible it will have been worth it.
"The timescale for the injury was three months and the first month is done now so another eight weeks to go, but hopefully I will be back sooner.
"I am desperate to be back playing and I am keeping my head down and doing my rehab."

Unfortunate
Lillis admits the injury could not have come at a worse time for him after establishing himself as No.1 keeper under Alan Knill.
"It was very unfortunate that I got the injury when I did as I had just got the No.1 jersey at the start of the season and I felt I had done well in the first few games," he added.
"Unfortunately injuries are part and parcel of the game and you just have to get on with it and work hard to regain your fitness."

Tate using oxygen chamber

Injured defender hopes to speed up recovery

Sky Bet

Swansea defender Alan Tate is using an oxygen chamber in a bid to speed up his recovery from a broken leg.
Tate was expected to be out of action until Christmas after sustaining the injury in a bizarre golf buggy accident last month.
The 29-year-old is keen to make a quicker than expected return to action and is spending three one-hour sessions in the chamber a week to try and aid his recovery.
Tate believes that with the help of the treatment he will be back in action well ahead of schedule.
"The oxygen chamber is supposed to help the healing of the bone," said Tate.

Not scared

"The club asked me to do it and if it helps me, then it's something I wanted to do and something that has to be done. The enclosed area doesn't bother me and I'm not scared of anything.
"I go into the chamber three times a week for an hour.
"I've done 10 sessions and the results so far say it is helping and speeding up my progression.
"I've come to terms with the injury and accepted what has happened. As well as the chamber, I'm getting back into the gym to build up my strong leg."

Compressed Oxygen improves Motocross performance

CANNED OXYGEN HELPS RIDERS IMPROVE PERFORMANCE AND GET TO GRIPS WITH THE SPECIAL CHALLENGES OF BEACH RACING

Motocross
Moto cross competitor Chris Place has taken his 'expert' rider status to the next level and with help from fellow racer Jack Edwards discovered a way of naturally improving performance and solving the overwhelming 'race start' fume problems that occur at all events, but which are especially problematic for beach race riders.

The idea of using canned oxygen was trialled by Jack and Chris at the Weston Supermare and Le Touquet beach races last year, which have over 1,000 competitors revving high powered bikes within a relatively small space. Both riders, who competed in the top 50 for most of the race, will be using OXYfit's small canister and mask set again at Le Touquet this month.

Chris Place who rides a KTM EXC 250 says:

Motocross'The fumes at the start of the races last year were completely overpowering and so we started looking for a solution to what we feel is a cumbersome part the competition that no one benefits from. The OXYfit canisters and mask, which are widely used to improve sports and fitness training, were just right. The small mask and canister were ideal for taking oxygen quickly just before the race started because they're very lightweight and simple to use. The results were great. We felt really energized and clear headed and instead of worrying about fumes we were able to focus entirely on the race itself.'

Jack Edwards races a Honda CRF 250 and agrees:

Motocross on Weston Beach'The oxygen has made all the difference to my performance and we're hoping that other riders will start enjoying the benefits too for all types of off road and Motocross events. Feeling revitalized and overcoming this intake of fumes makes the whole experience healthier and more enjoyable. I can concentrate on the bike rather than worrying about my breathing.'

Stuart Place is former Chairman of the Norfolk and Suffolk Junior Motorcycle Club, a member of the ACU (Auto Cycle Union) and a trained Clark of the Course who regularly oversees Motocross events. He proactively supports the general health and fitness benefits of OXYfit's medically-pure canned oxygen and says:

Motocross'Motocross is one of most physically demanding sports in the world. It's like rugby on bikes and competitors need to be extremely fit and healthy to succeed. I fully endorse a programme using something natural like oxygen which benefits peak fitness prior to a race. We've seen a real difference in general energy and breathing levels from using the OXYfit canned oxygen, especially at the beach races where there are a phenomenal amount of bikes giving off fumes in a small area. I can see this being a performance booster that will take off in the sport generally and I know Chris and Jack will be using it in 2009.'

Both Chris and Jack have been competing in Moto Cross racing for nine years. Chris has achieved expert status after gaining points in Eastern Centre club riding. Jack also rides at Eastern Centre club level and last year won the most improved rider award in the Norwich and District club.
